Terms of Use

Bureau Ingold Effective 21 August 2026 · Version 1.0

These terms govern use of bureauingold.com and any page under it (the Site). The Site is operated by VVR ANT LLC d/b/a Bureau Ingold (the Practice), a Florida limited liability company.

Using the Site means accepting these terms. Anyone who does not accept them should not use the Site.

1 · What the Site is

The Site describes the Practice and publishes its written work.

Everything on it is general information about a field of professional practice. None of it is advice. It is not directed at any particular business, has not been prepared with knowledge of any reader's circumstances, and should not be relied on as a basis for a decision.

Advice is given only under a signed engagement, on terms set out in the Practice's Terms of Engagement, and after the Practice has examined the specific situation.

2 · No client relationship

Reading the Site does not create a client relationship.

Writing to the Practice does not create one either. Nor does an exchange of correspondence, a call, or a meeting. A client relationship begins only when the conditions in the Terms of Engagement are met.

Until then, the Practice owes no duty of confidentiality in respect of anything sent to it, and no duty to act, to respond, or to preserve any deadline. Sensitive information should not be sent before an engagement is in place.

The Practice may decline to respond to any enquiry, and is not obliged to give a reason.

3 · Rights in the content

All text, design, structure, images, and other material on the Site belong to the Practice or are used with permission. They are protected by copyright and other law.

The Site may be read, and individual pages may be printed or saved for personal or internal business reference. Anything else requires written permission.

Specifically, and without limitation, the following are not permitted:

Linking to the Site is permitted and welcome.

4 · Availability

The Site is provided as it is and as it happens to be available.

The Practice does not undertake that the Site will be available at any particular time, that it will be free of error, or that any page will remain at any particular address. Pages may be changed, moved, or withdrawn without notice.

5 · Accuracy

Content is prepared with care and is accurate to the best of the Practice's knowledge on the date of publication.

Market conditions, data, and law change. The Practice does not undertake to update published material, and a date of publication is not a warranty of continuing accuracy.

Where the Site reports figures drawn from third-party research, those figures are the third party's and are attributed as such.

6 · Other sites

The Site may link to material published by others. Those links are provided because the material is useful, not because the Practice endorses its publisher, and the Practice has no control over and takes no responsibility for anything found there.

7 · Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PRACTICE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE OR FROM RELIANCE ON ANYTHING PUBLISHED ON IT, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFIT, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, AND ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct, or for anything that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred United States dollars.

This clause applies for the benefit of the Practice and of its members, employees, agents, and contractors.

Liability under a signed engagement is governed by the Terms of Engagement, not by this clause.

8 · Personal data

The Practice's handling of personal data is described in its Privacy Notice.

9 · Changes

These terms may be revised. A revision takes effect when published, and the version in force is the one shown at the top of this page.

Use of the Site after a revision is published means accepting the revised terms. Anyone who does not accept them should stop using the Site.

10 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

The courts of Broward County, Florida, and the federal courts sitting in that district, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of the Site.

Where a user is resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, nothing in this clause displaces mandatory provisions of the law of that user's country of residence.

11 · General

If any provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remainder stands.

Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

The governing language is English. Any translation is provided for convenience only.
